本プライバシーポリシーは、「おぼえみち」アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザー情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。

1. 取得する情報と利用目的

本アプリは、次の情報を、記載の目的の範囲内で利用します。

1-1. 位置情報（アプリ使用中・バックグラウンド）

端末の位置情報（GPS 等）

利用目的

行きおよび帰りのルートを記録するため
帰り道のルート復帰支援（逸脱検知・復帰ルート作成）のため
記録結果（距離等）を算出・表示するため

バックグラウンドでの利用について

本アプリは、ユーザーがルート記録を開始している間に限り、アプリを画面に表示していない場合でもルート記録を継続するため、バックグラウンドで位置情報を利用することがあります。

1-2. モーションデータ（歩数・距離）

取得する情報

モーションデータ（例：歩数、移動距離の推定等。端末が提供する範囲）

利用目的

歩数および距離を計測して画面に表示するため
ルート記録結果として保存・表示するため

1-3. 写真ライブラリへの追加（保存）

取得／利用する情報

本アプリが生成したルートアニメーション（動画・GIF 等）を、ユーザーの操作により写真ライブラリへ保存するために、写真ライブラリへの追加権限を利用します。

補足

本アプリが、ユーザーの写真ライブラリ内の写真や動画を読み取ったり、分析したりすることはありません（保存のための追加のみを行います）。
保存される動画・GIFには、位置情報メタデータを含めていません。

1-4. お問い合わせ情報

お問い合わせフォームにユーザーが入力した内容
返信を希望する場合に、ユーザーが任意で入力した返信先メールアドレス

お問い合わせ、ご質問、ご要望、不具合のご報告への対応・確認のため

補足

お問い合わせフォームには Google フォームを利用しています。
本アプリが、アプリのバージョン、OS、端末情報、位置情報、モーション権限等の診断情報をお問い合わせ内容へ自動的に付加・送信することはありません。
氏名、住所、電話番号、現在地、具体的な歩行ルート等、お問い合わせに不要な個人情報を記載しないようご案内しています。

2. 情報の保存場所

本アプリで扱うルート記録、歩数、距離、アプリの設定情報等は、原則としてユーザーの端末内で処理・保存されます。
これらの情報を、開発者が独自のサーバーへ送信・保存することはありません。
ユーザーがお問い合わせフォームを利用した場合、ユーザーが入力したお問い合わせ内容および任意の返信先メールアドレスは、 Google フォームを通じて送信・保存されます。

3. 第三者提供・外部送信について

本アプリは、取得した位置情報、モーションデータ、ルート記録等を、開発者を含む第三者へ自動的に送信・提供することはありません。
本アプリは、広告配信目的の SDK や、解析目的で個人の行動を追跡する外部サービスを利用していません。
ユーザーがお問い合わせフォームを利用した場合に限り、ユーザー自身がフォームへ入力した情報が Google フォームを通じて送信されます。

※ 将来、本アプリから新たな外部送信を行う場合には、本ポリシーを更新し、必要に応じてユーザーへ通知します。

4. 情報収集の停止（オプトアウト）

ユーザーは、本アプリをアンインストールすることで、本アプリによる情報の利用を停止することができます。

アンインストールは、モバイル端末に備わっている標準の方法にて行うことができます。

なお、お問い合わせフォームからすでに送信された情報については、本アプリのアンインストールによって削除されるものではなく、本ポリシーに定める方針に基づいて取り扱います。

5. データの保持について

本アプリで扱うルート記録、歩数、距離、アプリの設定情報等は、原則としてユーザーの端末内で処理・保存されます。

本アプリ内に保存されたデータは、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。

お問い合わせフォームから送信された情報は、お問い合わせへの対応・確認のために利用し、対応完了後、一定期間を経過したのち削除します。

お問い合わせフォームから送信した情報の削除をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせページよりご連絡ください。対象となるお問い合わせを確認するため、送信内容等の確認をお願いする場合があります。

6. 権限の拒否・変更方法

ユーザーは、端末の「設定」アプリから、位置情報、モーション、写真アクセス等の権限をいつでも変更することができます。

権限が許可されない場合、本アプリの一部機能（ルート記録、歩数・距離表示、動画・GIF 保存等）が利用できないことがあります。

7. お子様の個人情報について

本アプリは、13 歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

本アプリが、位置情報、ルート記録、モーションデータ等を開発者へ自動的に送信することはありません。

お問い合わせフォームを利用する場合は、お問い合わせに不要な個人情報を記載しないようご注意ください。

保護者の方は、お子様が端末やアプリを利用する際には、適切に管理・監督してください。

8. セキュリティ

本アプリは、ユーザーの情報の機密性を重視しています。

本アプリで扱うルート記録等のデータは、原則としてユーザーの端末内で処理・保存されます。

また、お問い合わせに際しては、必要以上の個人情報を入力しないようご案内しています。

This Privacy Policy describes how user information is handled in the “Oboemichi” app (the “App”).

1. Information Used and Purposes of Use

The App uses the following information only for the purposes described below.

1-1. Location Information (While Using the App and in the Background)

Information used

Device location information (such as GPS data)

Purposes of use

To record outbound and return routes
To detect route deviations and provide route recovery assistance on the return route
To calculate and display recorded results, such as distance

Background use

While the user has an active route recording session, the App may use location information in the background to continue recording the route even when the App is not displayed on screen.

1-2. Motion Data (Steps and Distance)

Information used

Motion data provided by the device, such as step count and estimated distance traveled

Purposes of use

To measure and display step count and distance
To save and display them as part of the route results

1-3. Adding Content to the Photo Library

Information used

The App uses permission to add content to the photo library in order to save route animations generated by the App, such as videos and GIFs, at the user’s request.

Additional information

The App does not read or analyze photos or videos already stored in the user’s photo library. It only adds content generated by the App.
Videos and GIFs saved by the App do not contain location metadata.

1-4. Contact Information

Information collected

Information entered by the user in the contact form
A reply email address entered voluntarily by the user when a reply is requested

Purpose of use

To review and respond to inquiries, questions, feedback, and bug reports

Additional information

The contact form is provided using Google Forms.
The App does not automatically add or send diagnostic information such as the app version, operating system, device information, location information, or motion permission status to the contact form.
Users are asked not to include personal information that is unnecessary for their inquiry, such as their name, address, phone number, current location, or specific walking routes.

2. Where Information Is Stored

Route records, step counts, distances, app settings, and other information handled by the App are generally processed and stored only on the user’s device.
The App does not send or store this information on servers independently operated by the developer.
When a user submits the contact form, the information entered in the form and any optional reply email address are transmitted and stored through Google Forms.

The App does not automatically transmit or provide location information, motion data, route records, or similar information to the developer or any other third party.
The App does not use advertising SDKs or external analytics services for tracking individual user behavior.
Only when a user chooses to submit the contact form will the information entered by the user be transmitted through Google Forms.

If the App begins transmitting additional information externally in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and users will be notified when appropriate.

4. Stopping Use of Information (Opt-Out)

Users may stop the App’s use of information by uninstalling the App.

The App can be uninstalled using the standard method provided by the user’s device.

Information that has already been submitted through the contact form is not deleted by uninstalling the App and will instead be handled in accordance with the retention policy described in this Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

Route records, step counts, distances, app settings, and other information handled by the App are generally processed and stored only on the user’s device.

Data stored within the App is deleted when the App is uninstalled.

Information submitted through the contact form is used to review and respond to the inquiry and will be deleted after a reasonable period once the inquiry has been handled.

If you would like to request deletion of information previously submitted through the contact form, please contact us through the Contact page. We may ask you to provide information about the inquiry so that we can identify the relevant submission.

6. Denying or Changing Permissions

Users may change permissions for location information, motion data, photo access, and other permissions at any time through the device’s Settings app.

If the required permissions are not granted, some features of the App, such as route recording, step and distance display, or saving videos and GIFs, may not be available.

7. Children’s Personal Information

The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

The App does not automatically transmit location information, route records, motion data, or similar information to the developer.

When using the contact form, users should not include personal information that is unnecessary for their inquiry.

Parents and guardians should appropriately supervise children when they use the device or the App.

8. Security

The App places importance on protecting the confidentiality of user information.

Route records and other information handled by the App are generally processed and stored only on the user’s device.

Users are also asked not to enter more personal information than necessary when submitting an inquiry.
